Not Consumed Prayer Scripture Cards
I finally got around to this month's recommendation . . .
Well . . . I seem to have so much of time taken up this month that I have not found the time for a recommendation. But, I finally have gotten around to writing this recommendation! Yay!
If you’re a friend of mine, you probably know I’m homeschooled. And if you didn’t before . . . well, now you know. A couple years ago, my mom started a new Bible curriculum by Not Consumed. And this year, I started taking their consumer math and health curriculums for my senior year. Along with this new curriculum, Not Consumed sent a free gift because I guess my parents ordered over a certain amount. I have enjoyed this free gift immensely, so I decided to recommend it this month!
The Not Consumed Prayer Scripture Cards are an amazing resource for young Christian women! They are postcards that each feature an ESV Bible verse having to do with prayer on the fronts. They come in a cute little bag, and they come with a little wooden stand so you can set them on your desk, mantle, or anywhere else you’d like to display them!
The instruction/description card reads like this:
The secret to the #NotConsumed life isn’t in perfect circumstances, but in FAITH! Until Jesus comes back, this world will continue to be broken and needy. And though that means we will experience trials and struggles, we can experience His peace and joy even in the midst of the difficulties.
Each week, pull a card from this prayerfully curated set of promises from God’s Word. Display the verse on the enclosed wooden holder while you read, memorize, and meditate on the life-giving words. Then send the card to a friend! Write a note on the back and drop it in the mail to comfort others with the comfort you’ve received.
These cards a beautiful reminder of Scripture which you can place in areas where you’ll see it. I’ve kept them on my desk where I can use them, and I used them for Mother’s Day cards this year! I would highly encourage purchasing a set to use for your own encouragement and others!
