But Mary treasured up all these things, pondering them in her heart.

Mary treasured the things that God was doing in her life, and she pondered them in her heart.

Too often, we find ourselves taking God’s work in our life for granted. Or, worse yet, we attribute it as the work of men!

However, we must remember that every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father above! All the good things in our lives come from God, and we should treasure them as such: our family, our church, our life —everything!

Let us take the time to treasure and ponder the many blessings God places in our lives!

Let’s Pray:

Father,

We often take things for granted, but please bring us back to reality. Help us to realize that nothing in this life is of our own doing, but that everything is a gift and blessing from You! We thank You for the many blessings You have given us, and ask that You would keep our hearts forever grateful to You!
